As we re-enter day to day life you may experience a jumble of emotions inside that can be difficult to sort, identify, or manage. I understand-- 11 years ago grocery stores, social gatherings, and other daily norms depleted my energy and triggered panic.

As we slowly re-enter the world the emotions running through my body are similar to how I felt after Afghanistan---

    • stress over social decisions
    • wary of strangers
    • frustration toward other people's choices
    • annoyance with media outlets

If you're feeling any one of these for the first time it can be disorienting.

I'm here as a friend-- a safe space to share, think, and ponder about how we are responding to life now. No judgement or expectation.
